Acceptable Stay, Few Downsides

The staff was helpful. I enjoyed the coffee and cookies that were available all day. The breakfast was also excellent, a nice touch to start the day.
The surrounding area felt unsafe. There were many homeless people and visible drug users nearby. This affected my sense of security outside the hotel. The room was noisy at all hours due to street traffic, sirens, and the subway.
